After spending over 40-hours in the deliberation room, jurors are asked to return to the hotel and get some rest before returning another deadlock.

“The court is assuming this jury is deliberating,” Judge Steven O’Neill told the jurors.

The jury reported that they were unable to reach a unanimous decision early Thursday when Judge O’Neill instructed them to return to the deliberation room.

    Deliberations will resume tomorrow.
