CHESTER CITG, Pa. (YC) — Additional information has been released following the story we broke days ago regarding the Harrah’s Casino shooting in Chester City.

Just before 10 p.m., Chester City Police were dispatched to Harrah’s Philadelphia located at 777 Harrahs Blvd, for the report of shots fired from the 4th floor garage area.

While in route, officers observed a dark colored sedan driving erratically west bound on Interstate 291.

Officers gave chase to this vehicle, but lost the vehicle in the area of route 291 & Flower Street.

Officers then continued to Harrah’s.

Once at Harrah’s, officers reviewed video that showed an unknown male exiting a vehicle, then walking across the driveway, with his arm extended, firing a weapon at an unknown / unseen target.

The male then returns to the vehicle and drives out of the garage.

Less than an hour later, officers from the City of Chester Police Department were dispatched to Riddle Hospital, for the report of a walk-in gunshot victim.

This shooting was said to be related to the shooting that had occurred at Harrah’s Philadelphia.

The victim, identified as 27-year-old Tabreal Martin, was struck in his back.

The victim was listed in stable condition before being transferred to Paoli Hospital for further treatment.

If anyone has any information regarding this incident, they are urged to contact Chester City Detective Benjamin Thomas at 610-447-8426 or [email protected].
