Judge David Lang of Marple Township found the disgraced Delaware County state rep guilty of crashing a taxpayer-funded car without a valid drivers license. YC broke the story in February after our investigators discovered Davidson had crashed a car funded by taxpayer money .. twice!

Despite the legal woes, Margo Davidson decided to put her bid in for congress in the primary coming in second to last place — but she was re-elected to serve as a state representative as the democratic nominee.

Davidson is due in court early next month for a second trial after she allegedly crashed the same taxpayer-funded car and fled the scene, again, without a license. The disgraced politician cost taxpayers over $100k in lawsuits for her crash-spree that spans over a number of years.
