Fire at Barnabys of Havertown ruled accidental

Delaware County, Pa. – The fire at Barnaby’s of America in Havertown has been ruled accidental, possibly caused by a cigarette. 

The Havertown fire police chief said on Monday the blaze at Barnaby’s of America may have been sparked by a cigarette.
