Pedestrian killed early Saturday morning in Marple Township


Marple Township, Pa. (YC) – A vehicle struck and killed a pedestrian Saturday morning while walking at the intersection of Sussex Blvd & S Central Blvd in Marple Township, according to authorities.

The victim, a woman, was pronounced dead at the 6:15 a.m. scene. The driver of the vehicle was still on location when our crew arrived at 6:45 a.m.

Marple Township Fatal Accident

The accident is under investigation, police said.

No details on the victim or driver was available.
