Chester, Pa. (YC) – Shots rung out Friday afternoon just before 2 p.m. on the 2300 block of West 3rd Street in Chester.
Police discovered two victims suffering from gun shot wounds who were pronounced dead at the scene.
Delaware County Criminal Investigation Division was dispatched to assist in the investigation.
