PHILADELPHIA, Pa. (YC) – A Philadelphia Police Officer was arrested following an off-duty automobile accident as a result of impaired driving.
Officer Nicholas Harper was taken into custody Wednesday at approximately 5:26 a.m.
Responding Officers observed signs of impairment upon making contact with Officer Harper.
This incident is still under investigation.
