CHESTER CITY, Pa. (YC) – Delaware County Criminal Investigation Division and Chester City Police are investigating a shooting that left a man clinging for life this morning.
Just before 4 a.m., Chester City Police responded to the intersection of 3rd & Thurlow for reports of a gunshot victim.
After arriving, they noticed a man on the street suffering from several gunshot wounds.
He was transported to Crozer-Chester Medical Center and is in guarded condition.
Chester City Police called in detectives from Delaware County Criminal Investigation Division.
Detectives were on location for nearly 3 hours and returned Sunday morning just after 9 a.m.
