Chester City woman stabbed and raped

CHESTER CITY, Pa. (YC) — Police in Chester City made an arrest following a brutal rape on a cold, wintry Sunday afternoon.

Just after 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, December 24th, Chester City Police Department were dispatched to Crozer Chester Medical Center for an assault victim.

Upon their arrival, they met with the victim, who stated she was attacked, stabbed and raped while walking through Deshong Park, located in the 900 block of Avenue of the States.

The victim described the actor as a Black Male 5’06” in his mid 20’s with a small afro type hair style.

The victim further stated that the actor had a bike, was wearing dark clothes and a carrying a book bag.

The actor produced a knife, grabbed the victim by her hair, threatened her, then drug her into the woods.

Once in the woods, he attacked her, raped her, and stabbed her.

The victim was admitted to Crozer Chester Medical Center for her injuries.

Upon intense investigations, detectives from the City of Chester Police Department were able to identify a possible actor.

A photo array was generated, and the victim positively identified Shaquille Malik Tillmon as the actor.

On December 28, 2017, Shaquille Malik Tillmon was taken in to custody for the incident.

He was arraigned and received 1 million dollars cash bail, he is currently at George C. Hill correctional facility waiting trial.

  1. As horrible as this crime was and I’m glad the “ATTACKER” was apprehended. I’m also disturb that the writer of this story didn’t “Proof Read” or more importantly their supervisor didn’t Proof the work before releasing this story.
