CHESTER CITY, Pa. (YC) — Chester City Police are investigating a shooting that left a young teenager shot Sunday evening.
Chester City Police responded to the Sun Village section of the city Sunday just After 5:30 p.m for reports of shots fired.
When police arrived, they found a 14-year-old victim with a gunshot wound to the foot.
The victim stated that an unknown vehicle was driving by the area, and that is when he heard shots being fired and saw numerous flashes of lights.

The victim has since been released from the hospital.
