CHESTER CITY, Pa. (YC) — Chester City Police and the Delaware County Criminal Investigation Division are seeking the public’s assistance in tracking down two men wanted for murder.

19-year-old Leroy Spence and 18-year-old Vernon Jones are wanted in connection with the homicide of Shaquan Cruz-Chappell.

This homicide occurred in the City of Chester on July 21, 2017 in the 2800 block of West 7th Street.
