Woman leading police in Chester City on chase

CHESTER CITY, Pa. (YC) — A woman is leading police on a chase through Delaware County after a hit-and-run.

The woman entered 95 moments ago and is reportedly swerving all over the highway.

Subject in custody by Chester City Police.

Update: 3:59 p.m.

The driver pulled over on the bridge on 95 Northbound by exit 17.

Pennsylvania State Police are approaching the vehicle.

Update: 3:59 p.m.

Driver is now swerving back and forth in all 3 lanes of the highway.

Vehicle is a 2005 Hyundai out of Upper Chichester.

Update: 3:58 p.m.

The driver is possibly under the influence of alcohol.

Additional police units are approaching the driver.

The driver is approaching Essington Avenue exit.

The Pennsylvania State Police are joining the chase.
