Police in Delaware County are investigating two separate shootings in the City of Chester Sunday.
Just before 9 p.m., a man identified as 25-year-old James Blackwell was walking on the 1100 block of W. Carla’s Lane, talking on the phone.
Moments later, a car drove by and opened fire on him, firing approximately 5 shots striking him once in the forearm.
Blackwell was transported to Crozer-Chester Medical Center and was listed in good condition.

This shooting marks the second one of the day in Chester City Sunday, with the first on the 400 block of Highland Avenue.
