Police in Delaware County are investigating an officer-involved shooting that erupted at approximately 8:30 p.m. Thursday.
Police tell us that an officer of the Upland Police Department was the one involved in the shooting.

The shooting happened on the 100 block of West 22nd Street in Chester City, Delaware County.
Preliminary reports indicate that one suspect was shot, not fatally and no officers were injured.
The shooting is being invested by the Delaware County District Attorneys Office and no other information is immediately available.
