Federal, state and local authorities are on the hunt for a rotten scoundrel who opened fire in a nursing home – shooting and killing his elderly parents Wednesday night in Chester County, Pennsylvania.
Bruce Rogal, 59, of Glen Moore, Chester County is wanted by police for a double homicide and attempted murder of his ex-wife late Wednesday night, police tell yc.news.
“He is considered armed and EXTREMELY dangerous!” Chester County District Attorney Tom Hogan told reporters at a news conference. “If seen – do not approach!”
Police said Rogal got wind that his divorce was finalized earlier today, and his wife was awarded their home.
The miscreant drove to his ex-wife’s home in West Bradford Township and found her in the driveway changing her oil. Police said he fired at her six times but missed.
Rogal drove to Bellingham Nursing Home immediately after and shot his parents, William and Nancy, to death in their apartment at the retirement community.
Police issued a lockdown stretching two-miles surrounding the Bellingham facility.
The gunman is at large and considered armed and extremely dangerous. Police said if you see him, do not approach him, call 911.
