Keith Campbell, 29, was arrested and charged for murder after mercilessly stabbing himself while behind the wheel causing a head-on collision that killed three innocent people, and we have learned that the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office is working hard to ensure that the Philadelphia Police Department does not release the mugshot.

“You’re likely out of luck,” the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office told us in an email, noting that the Philadelphia Police generally release mugshots. “However, they do not provide mugshots after a month has passed since the arrest.”

Campbell is charged with three counts of third-degree murder and homicide by vehicle, according to the district attorney.

Residents now question what could happen if the 29-year-old madman escapes and some fear that he isn’t even in police custody.

“What if he escapes? What does he looks like? This is just bizarre!” said Shayanna Jackson, 39, a resident who lives near the crash site. “The police arrested a man who, according to them, stabbed himself and caused an accident that killed three people but they’re hiding him?”

“It makes me wonder if he’s even in their custody.”

However, authorities are adamant they have him but they simply can’t provide a mugshot for this specific individual.

“The crash happened in January, which is when he was arrested.” the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office explained to us. “Name was released at that time. Today, we added additional charges which is why you’re seeing additional coverage.”

Campbell had been pursued by police in Delaware before the wreck, but the chase was called off before Campbell crossed into Pennsylvania.

31-year-old Dennis Palandro, 36-year-old Joseph Ferry and 35-year-old Kelly Wiseley were killed.

Palandro’s wife Nicole was also in the SUV. She survived but was seriously injured.

Ferry and Wiseley had just gotten engaged on Christmas.

Police tell us that they don’t know when or if the mugshot will come out, but when it does they’ll distribute it.
