George W. Hill Correctional Facility has been exposed as a cesspool of sexual misconduct, assault, harassment, internal drug trafficking and sleazy come-ons – prompting correctional officers to circulate the idea of a potential strike in the coming days, Your Content has exclusively learned.

“Guards are fed up with being bossed around and treated like children,” a correctional officer at the scandal scarred prison told Your Content. “GEO gave us an ultimatum – it’s either their way or the highway. Well, if push comes to shove, we’re ready to walk.”

“I have been told with no uncertainty there is a guard strike imminent. 1,500 inmates will be locked in with no recreation, showers, food, or medication,” the insider warned. “There will be no way for inmates to make it to court.”

The building is owned by Delaware County but managed and operated by The GEO Group, a Florida-based company that claims to specialize in privatized corrections, detention, and mental health treatment. They maintain facilities in North America, Australia, South Africa, and the United Kingdom.

The strike, according to the insider, is expected to come as soon as this week.

What’s more, Your Content is told GEO honchos are fuming over the recent turn of events at George W. Hill Correctional Facility – and they’re holding hush meetings to plot the best strategy for their exit. But correctional officers have beat them to it.

“There are rumors that union leaders are aware of the imminent walkout, and they’re cheering their men and women on,” a source close to the situation told Your Content.

“This will be the fight to end all fights – and it’s ignited by certain individuals who refuse to adapt to and respect the change of political power.”

Locals accuse the private prison moguls of holding a secrecy pact for decades. The revelation includes shocking details from within the fortified walls of the seemingly quiet jail.

“John Reilly and those behind him can wipe off that grin because the jig is up. He’s lived an incredible life, but no one has uncovered his personal secrets until now,” a former guard who is currently involved in a bitter legal battle against GEO revealed. “Immediately after the leaks to the press, he demanded an investigation by the courts.”

Reilly, a staunch Republican, stepped down in Nov. 2019 following a bombshell investigation released by The Philadelphia Inquirer, outlining a pattern of alleged racism swept under the carpet behind the fortified prison walls

“This will throw GEO into a financial crisis that’ll cripple them internationally – but he doesn’t care! Everyone knows it’s what John really wants.”

“They’ve got blood on their hands. Despite having no power, certain individuals remain determined to keep citizens of Delaware County ignorant and complacent about the nature and magnitude of the situation.”

The conservative puppet masters at GEO are pulling the strings on a coordinated conspiracy to sabotage any potential trail of culpability.

“GEO will not allow itself to be left with egg on their faces. They’re watching the cozy cadre crumble very closely. They made it clear how little they care about their staff.”

“But on the other hand – their key advisors fear staff at George W. Hill want them to buy their silence,” a GEO Group employee told Your Content under the condition of anonymity. “The last thing they want is a no-holds-barred TV interview – or worse, a tell-all lawsuit – describing in excruciating detail what inmates and guards have endured at the company’s hands.”

“I witnessed what they’ve done with my own two eyes and all I can say is that place is nothing but a pact of lies. The reason they kept their silence up was because if the jig was up, they’d be locked up. Plain and simple!”

The fanatical execs behind the for-profit private prison are accused of being engaged in a sordid Nixon-style corruption operation to cover up the scope of their liability at George W. Hill Correctional Facility.

“GEO was under the false belief that the decision making would remain in the hands of certain individuals in DelCo,” the employee continued. “Well, on Nov. 6 they realized that the naysayers were wrong.”

“If the allegations are authentic, we’re talking about massive jail time – long prison sentences! Everyone here has been keeping up with what’s transpiring at our Pennsylvania facility.”

Acting under GEO Group orders, staff and inmates cleaned house over the past few weeks, as the corporate tribe bullied other investigators into silence, a GEO Group insider previously told Your Content.

“The pact had been in place since day one. But it all changed on Nov. 6 when the local Republican power players lost power,” said the insider. â€œIt was always agreed that if GEO Group would face potential civil rights issues, they’d have an extra layer of protection.”

The GEO Group did not respond to repeated requests for comment. The last two weeks have witnessed a series of troubling allegations from prison inmates and former staff who long held their tongues for fear of retribution of their career, or retaliation. But the conditions became too harsh for them to remain silent. Among those revelations:
