The accused killer was picked up this morning, according to Captain James P. Chubb of the City of Chester Police Department.

“Matthew Hightower was taken in to custody. With the assistance of his attorney, the homicide suspect did turn himself in,” Captain Chubb told Your Content Friday. “Due to the charges, he is not eligible for bail and was transported to George C. Hill Correction Facility.”
