Chester Police Officer Brownelle Lee Dies While On Duty

Authorities in Delaware County are mourning the loss of one of their own this morning, Officer Brownelle Lee of the Chester Police Department died Saturday morning while on duty, Your Content can report.

“The Chester Police Department is saddened to announce the passing of Officer Brownelle Lee. Officer Lee, a 20-year police-veteran passed away early Saturday morning, while on duty,” the City of Chester said in a statement.

“As a member of this department and protector of this community, the city of Chester has suffered a great loss. As this department mourns her passing, our thoughts and prayers are with her children, family and friends.”
