Vice President Mike Pence warned Philadelphians Wednesday to start practicing social distancing to avoid winding up like New York City, Your Content has learned.
“Now more than ever, practice social distancing.” VP Pence said Wednesday. “As we begin to see early trend lines in Philadelphia, I assured Governor Wolf that we will continue to send resources and support to that community but our message to the people of the Philadelphia area is now more than ever, practice social distancing, so that Philadelphia does not have to endure what other communities before them have had to endure.”
According to the White House, the Philadelphia-metro area is gaining approximately 1,400 cases per day.
