Elderly Man Who Was Shoved to Ground by Buffalo Cops Cracked Skull, Can’t Walk

THE ELDERLY man who was shoved to the ground by police officers in Buffalo was as badly injured as he appeared on camera — he has a crack in his skull and is unable to walk, Your Content has learned.

Martin Gugino‘s attorney says the 75-year-old suffered a fractured skull from the push and fall, TMZ exclusively revealed.

Kelly Zarconeadded that Martin is unable to get up on his own 2 feet for the time being while he recuperates at home. He was released from the ICU last week.
