FORMER VP Joe Biden will be in Delaware County to discuss the country’s reopening plans and the situation surrounding police brutality, Your Content has learned.

According to his campaign, Biden will talk about making sure the country’s reopening is effective and safe. He is scheduled to speak at 2:15 p.m. in Darby Township.
