President Donald Trump declared Wednesday he likes rapper Kanye West and his wife Kim Kardashian, noting Kim ‘has a great heart’ who ‘recommended certain people get out of prison,’ Your Content is first to report.

“I like him. Who said that?” President Trump asked after a reporter claimed West was said to be mentally ill.

“His wife,” the reporter replied.

Trump – who appeared slightly intrigued by the remark – continued to discuss the West situation.

“I like him, I like his wife. His wife recommended certain people as you know to get out of prison they were in prison fora long time,” the president said. “A long, long time, and it should’ve never happened.

“I took what she said very strongly. Kim Kardashian has a great heart. I like Kanye very much.”

The president noted he has nothing to do with Kanye’s decision to run for president, simply saying ‘I have nothing to do with that.’
