Fotis Dulos’ former mistress-turned-girlfriend has been charged with two more counts of tampering with evidence, one more count of hindering prosecution, and two new counts of conspiracy to commit tampering with evidence, Your Content has learned.
Idiotically, the charges surfaced at a hearing where Troconis’ defense attorney Jon Schoenhorn was moving to have her electronic anklet removed.
“Prior to today’s hearing, Chief State’s Attorney Rich Colangelo filed additional charges against Michelle Troconis in the case—two more counts of tampering, one more count of hindering prosecution, and two counts of conspiracy to commit tampering with evidence.” said local reporter Marissa Alter, who is leading the Dulos coverage.
Alter, who has covered the investigation since the outset, says Troconis will ‘not be re-arrested or re-arraigned.’
“These were not mentioned in court. I have to think Attorney Jon Schoenhorn wasn’t aware of them or he’d have said something, but I could be wrong. Troconis will not be re-arrested of re-arraigned. The new charges are based on the prior arrest warrants. There’s no new warrant.”
