    Four People Gunned Down, TWO in Broad Daylight, 1 Dead in Suburban Philly

    Police in suburban Philadelphia are investigating a strings of shooting that left three people hospitalized and one dead, Your Content can report.

    According to police, the incident erupted early Friday night just before 6:30 p.m. when members from the City of Chester Police Department were dispatched to the area of the 2900 block of West 3rd St for the report of a shooting victim.

    Upon arrival, officers observed a victim laying on the sidewalk adjacent on a property located on the 2900 block of Mary St.  

    The victim appeared to have suffered a gunshot wound to the facial area and was bleeding profusely, police say.  

    Paramedics were on location and began to treat the victim.  

    The victim was transported to Crozer Chester Medical Center where he received further intense treatment.

    A short time later, the victim did succumb to his injuries and was pronounced deceased.      

    Further information was received that there were additional victims who arrived at Crozer Chester Medical Center.  

    Upon police arrival to the hospital, two additional victims were located.  

    One victim received a gunshot wound to his torso, he is listed in fair condition.

    The other victim received a gunshot wound to his right leg, this victim is listed in good condition at this time.

    Then just hours later, members from the city of Chester Police Department responded to the area of 10th & Booth Streets for reports of shots fired.  The call came in just before 11 p.m.

    Upon the officer’s arrival, they observed a white Nissan Rogue parked in the 3000 block of West 12th St that had been struck by gunfire numerous times.  

    Upon searching the area, officers did not locate a victim, but located a crime scene in the area of 9th & Booth Streets.  

    While in the area, officers received information that the victim was transported to Crozer Chester Medical Center by a privately owned vehicle.

    Upon officer’s arrival to Crozer Chester Medical Center, officers located the victim, who was identified as 21-year-old Jahad Brister.  

    The victim sustained a gunshot wound to his head area. He received treatment for his wound and is listed in fair condition at this time.
