A grieving mother from California has come forward, accusing the government of wrongful actions that led to her daughter’s suicide, Your Content has learned.

Abigail Martinez claims that her child, formerly known as Yaeli Galdamez, was pushed into transitioning to male by their LA county school, which failed to adequately address her depression.

Martinez believes that the school staff covertly influenced Yaeli, convincing her that transitioning was the only path to happiness.

Yaeli was a sophomore in high school when she began exploring her sexuality, a normal process for teenagers.

However, according to Martinez, the school encouraged her to join LGBT groups without her knowledge, leading her to question her gender identity.

Peers at the school reinforced the idea that Yaeli’s depression was a result of being a “boy,” which the school allegedly supported.

Martinez also claims that an older transgender student coached Yaeli on what to tell social workers to secure foster care and have the state cover her gender-affirming surgery.

The tragic incident occurred on September 4, 2019, when Yaeli, aged 19, took her own life by stepping in front of a train in Los Angeles, according to USMail24.
