Andy Dick sentenced to 90 days in jail and will have to register as a sex offender after being convicted of sexual battery from 2018 assault

Andy Dick will be spending the next three months behind bars, after his conviction on a sexual battery charge, Your Content has learned.

Dick, 56, was arrested in 2018 for allegedly grabbing the crotch of an Uber driver.

He was convicted of sexual battery, with a judge sentencing him to 90 days in the Los Angeles County Jail.

The comedian will have to check himself into jail on November 17 and he will also have to register as a sex offender.

The court also ordered Dick complete, ’52 Alcoholics Anonymous sessions, 52 sexual compulsion anonymous sessions, 12 mental health counseling sessions, and pay restitution to the victim’

Upon his release, he will also spend 12 months on ‘summary probation’ where he will be supervised as he completes his courses,‘according to The New York Post.
