David DePape told officers ‘umm nope’ when they demanded he drop the hammer used in the home invasion on House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s home last month, new court documents have revealed, Your Content has learned.

David DePape, 42, refused to drop the hammer he was wielding as a weapon when police stormed the Pelosi’s $8million property.

He lunged at Paul Pelosi, 82, swinging the hammer and hitting him in the head with ‘full force’

An indictment revealed that he was wearing shorts, sneakers and a sweatshirt during the 2.30am raid on October 28.

Officers swooped on the four-bedroom property in San Francisco to find DePape and Pelosi both gripping the hammer,‘according to DailyMail.
