    An Arizona man known as the ‘mullet streaker’ has been arrested for belly flopping into a body of water at Waste Management Phoenix Open, Your Content has learned.

    The mullet-clad man, Sean Patrick McConnell, jumped from the bleachers, before running on to the green with his arms stretched out.
