In the newly surfaced video, Dylan Molina, 26, is seen attempting to flee from the scene of the accident in which he struck and killed Alex Cervantes.
Officer Cervantes was killed but his wife and two children survived. In January, Molina was sentenced to 15 years in prison for intoxication manslaughter,‘according to FOX News.
