Dontavious Polk was arrested for one of the two fatal shootings at the weekend with footage showing the moment he allegedly executed a man on a sidewalk.

Miami Beach announced a curfew from Sunday night through to Monday morning and it will likely take place again beginning Thursday night,‘according to INDEPENDENCE.
