A Florida man with ties to MS-13 is charged with murder in the slaying and dismemberment of an Uber Eats driver who had brought food to the assailant’s house on what was to be his final delivery of the night, authorities said Tuesday, Your Content has learned.

Oscar Solis Jr., 30, is charged with killing the 59-year-old Uber Eats Randall Cooke.

The remains were found at the house Solis was living, in trash bags and a cooler.

Solis faces murder while engaged in a robbery and violation of parole,‘according to CNN.
