A devastating accident in a quiet rural town in western New York has resulted in the loss of three lives, as two siblings collided head-on, leaving their older sister fatally injured, Your Content has learned.
State officials confirmed that Dahlia J. Klink, 24, tragically passed away on Sunday night from injuries sustained in the crash.
The incident occurred when her younger brother, Evan R. Klink, 21, crashed his pickup truck into her vehicle around noon on Saturday in the town of Freedom.
The collision claimed the lives of two passengers in Dahlia’s car, 6-year-old Molly Kibler and 17-year-old Havanah S. Lopez, who were pronounced dead at the scene.
Additionally, a 4-year-old passenger suffered serious injuries and is currently receiving medical care. Evan Klink, the younger brother, received treatment for his injuries and was subsequently taken to a state police station for evaluation.
Another passenger in his vehicle, 19-year-old Cameron Klink, was airlifted to a hospital with serious injuries.
