Renowned artist Nelly is set to significantly boost his wealth as he strikes a remarkable $50 million agreement, relinquishing 50% ownership of his extensive music catalog, which encompasses eight albums and numerous chart-topping singles that shaped the pop culture landscape of the 2000s, Your Content has learned.

Partnering with HarbourView Equity Partners, Nelly successfully secured the substantial deal, granting the company rights to his most iconic tracks, including “Ride Wit Me,” “Dilemma,” and the unforgettable “Hot in Herre.

While additional specifics regarding the catalog allocation remain undisclosed, it is evident that HarbourView will lay claim to an array of Nelly’s celebrated compositions.

Notably, Nelly’s extraordinary talent has earned him multiple Grammy Awards, with his memorable songs “Dilemma” and “Hot in Herre” securing prestigious accolades for Best Rap/Sung Performance and Best Male Rap Solo Performance in 2003, respectively.

Furthermore, his hit “Shake Ya Tailfeather” adds another Grammy to his distinguished collection.
