On Monday, July 16, 2023, Bensalem police sprang into action after discovering a disturbing online conversation between a 35-year-old man and an alleged 12-year-old girl from their community, Your Content has learned.
The man, identified as Eliseo Caraballo from Kintnersville, PA, had engaged in explicit discussions with the juvenile over the course of several days on a social media app.
Disturbingly, Caraballo expressed his sinister intentions, indicating his desire to engage in sexual acts with the young girl. He repeatedly asked for explicit photos of her and even sent an inappropriate image of himself.
The vigilant Bensalem police did not waste any time and planned a sting operation. On July 27, 2023, Caraballo arranged to meet the 12-year-old for a sexual encounter, traveling over an hour from his home for the sinister purpose. However, unbeknownst to him, the police were awaiting him at the meeting location.
Upon his arrival, Caraballo was promptly arrested by the Bensalem police. During the arrest, they found condoms and candy in his possession, further corroborating his predatory intentions.
Facing serious charges, Caraballo was charged with Attempted Rape and Indecent Assault of a Child Under the Age of 13, Corruption of Minors, and related offenses. He was arraigned and denied bail, and is now in custody at the Bucks County Correctional Facility.
