Police were responding to a call for reports of a gunshot victim on the 800 block of 10th St in Prospect Park, Delaware County when an odd call came in.
This happened just before 8 p.m. Saturday.
Delaware County Emergency Communications Center (DelCom) dispatched police to Taylor Hospital, alerting them that the gunshot victim and the actor were both in the emergency room.
Police requested a K-9 Unit to the hospital & towed a vehicle from the lot just before 9 p.m.
According to neighbors, the police responded to the same residence earlier that day and took a male into custody. The same neighbor told YC they saw that male prior to the shooting, indicating he may have been released. We are unsure if he is involved.
It appears the victim and shooter were friends or related .. hopefully, given the circumstances of them both being at the hospital.
We are waiting for more information from the Prospect Park Police Department.
