Exclusive: Andrea Constand served with subpoena after exiting courtroom

Chief accuser Andrea Constand who alleges Bill Cosby drugged and sexually assaulted her in his Cheltenham home appeared for her second day of testimony.

Lead defense attorney Tom Mesereau continued his cross-examination.

After Constand finished testifying, she was met by a man who we’ve identified as Scott Ross in the hallway by the elevators.

Scott Ross is a high-profile private investigator who has worked on many notable cases such as Robert Blake, Michael Jackson, Chris Brown, Sylvester Stallone and has worked with Mesereau on a number of other cases.

Gloria Allred was also served a subpoena, but it is unclear what the contents of it include.

Allred was scheduled to fly back to Los Angeles Wednesday, but might now have to reconsider.

She was handed a subpoena but the contents of it were not immediately available.
