At least two victims gunned down in Chester City daytime shooting

Police in the City of Chester are investigating a shooting that left at least two people wounded by gunfire, yc.news can confirm.

Authorities swarmed the area of the 400 block of Highland Avenue just after 3:30 p.m. Friday for reports of a gunshot victim.

When police arrived, they located two individuals suffering from gunshot wounds.

Paramedics responded and escorted the first victim to Crozer Chester Medical Center. According to police transmissions, the second victim was rushed to the hospital by police.

Police are seeking a red Jeep last seen traveling on Highland Avenue towards the fair grounds.
