An 83-year-old transgender person, previously convicted for the murders of two individuals, has been taken into custody regarding the tragic killing of a 68-year-old woman whose dismembered body was discovered in various locations across Brooklyn, Your Content has learned.

Harvey Marcelin, now 83, was apprehended in relation to the recent murder case involving a 68-year-old woman in Brooklyn. Marcelin, who had previously served time in prison for the murder of a girlfriend in 1963 and another shortly after being released in 1984, faces charges related to the disposal of a body believed to be that of Susan Leyden, an acquaintance last seen at Marcelin’s residence.

Following the discovery of a headless torso and leg near Marcelin’s Cypress Hills apartment, law enforcement conducted a search of the suspect’s home, leading to the recovery of a human head. Subsequently, Marcelin was taken into custody.

During a parole hearing, Marcelin admitted to having “issues with women,” shedding light on potential motivations behind the series of crimes committed throughout the years, according to Daily News.
