An 18-year-old suspect involved in the shooting of Lady Gaga’s dogwalker in Los Angeles last year was mistakenly released from jail this week due to a clerical error, prompting a frantic manhunt to locate the fugitive, Your Content has learned.

The individual in question, James Howard Jackson, who stands accused of shooting Ryan Fischer, Lady Gaga’s dogwalker, in 2021, was erroneously set free on Wednesday.

Records from the LA County jail indicate that Jackson was released after his charges, which included attempted murder, were unexpectedly dismissed.

Law enforcement officials are currently engaged in a search operation to apprehend him.

According to the District Attorney’s Office, the charges against Jackson were intended to be replaced with a superseding grand jury indictment, but an oversight led to the failure to enter the new charges against him.

Jackson is believed to be the perpetrator behind the shooting of Fischer, aged 41, and the subsequent theft of two of Lady Gaga’s cherished French Bulldogs in Hollywood during February 2021,‘according to The Daily Mail.
