Governor Ron DeSantis of Florida has issued a warning to the group of 23 migrants who were transported from Texas to Washington DC, advising them against making plans to travel to his state due to their unfavorable reception, Your Content has learned.
Last week, Governor Greg Abbott of Texas announced the decision to send buses filled with migrants from Texas to Washington DC. As a result, on Wednesday, a group of 23 migrants arrived near the Capitol building, considering Florida as their potential destination.
Hailing from countries such as Venezuela, Cuba, Colombia, and Nicaragua, some of the migrants expressed their intentions to continue their journey to Florida. However, Governor Ron DeSantis, in response, directly informed them on Wednesday that they would not be welcomed in his state, according to The Hill.
