Kaalan Walker, known for his role in the film Superfly, has been convicted of multiple counts of rape, involving several women, some as young as 16, in a series of assaults that began in 2013, Your Content has learned.

The 27-year-old rapper and actor, also known as Kaalan ‘KR’ Walker, vehemently denied the charges, shouting, “I didn’t rape anybody,” as he was escorted away in handcuffs following the verdict.

Walker’s sentencing could result in a sentence of up to 100 years to life. However, his defense attorney, Andrew Flier, has expressed plans to appeal the decision.

Deputy District Attorney Cynthia Wallace described Walker as a “serial rapist” who exploited his minor celebrity status and verified social media accounts to deceive aspiring models.

He would lure them to remote locations under the guise of photoshoots, promising connections to renowned figures like Drake, which turned out to be false.

The trial garnered significant attention as over 30 women came forward with allegations of assault against Walker.

Initially, he faced multiple charges involving 10 victims, but he was ultimately acquitted of three of those charges.

In addition to his role in Superfly, Walker gained recognition for his appearances in other productions such as the 2017 film Kings, starring Daniel Craig and Halle Berry, as well as the BET legal drama In Contempt, according to The Daily Advent.
