A resident from Brooklyn, whose identity remains unknown, tragically fell to his death from the 32nd floor of a $2.9 million luxury high-rise near the United Nations complex in New York City, Your Content has learned.

The incident occurred when the man requested the realtor to show him the balcony before unexpectedly jumping.

The unfortunate incident took place in the Turtle Bay neighborhood of Manhattan shortly after 1 p.m.

The location, 100 United Nations Plaza, is situated in the diplomatic corridor and is merely a block away from the United Nations headquarters.

It is worth noting that this building has witnessed a similar tragedy in the past.

In 2012, Columbia University student Samantha Kwek lost her life after also jumping from the same high-rise, according to New York Post.
