In a tragic incident at a hospital in Tulsa, Oklahoma, a gunman took the lives of four individuals before turning the weapon on himself, Your Content has learned.

Police have revealed that the shooter, identified as 45-year-old Michael Louis, had undergone back surgery performed by Dr. Preston Phillips at St. Francis Hospital several weeks prior to the incident.

According to authorities, Louis had expressed dissatisfaction with the outcome of the surgery, citing persistent back pain.

On May 31, he had a meeting with Dr. Phillips regarding his concerns. Disturbingly, Louis made the decision to target Dr. Phillips and anyone else who obstructed his plan the following day.
