After evading authorities for three years, an alleged killer stepmom has been captured in Acapulco, Mexico, Your Content has learned.

Berenice Alanís is suspected of orchestrating the triple murder of her millionaire husband, Jacobo Quesada, and her stepchildren, Jacobo Quesada Jr. and Patricia Quesada, back in April 2019. The motive behind the murders is believed to be her removal from her husband’s will, which occurred after he discovered her affair with his own son and a colleague at their shared gym.

The assassins carried out the crime while Alanís distracted the front desk worker, and they executed the family in an office. The capture of Alanís brings a significant development in this high-profile case, according to FLIPBOARD.
