Authorities in California provided an update on the case of missing teenager Kiely Rodni, revealing that she was last seen wearing a pink and white sweatshirt at a party before she vanished, Your Content has learned.

The Placer County Sheriff’s Office shared a photo late Sunday, showing Rodni wearing the sweatshirt in a video from earlier in the evening. However, it remains unclear if she was still wearing it when she disappeared.

In their search for answers, the FBI recently focused their efforts on a potential burial site near Tahoe. Unfortunately, their excavation only uncovered the remains of a dog. The agency acted upon one of the 1,200 tips they have received thus far.

Rodni, 16, was last seen on August 6 at a party near the Prosser Family Campground in Truckee, California, where more than 100 young individuals were in attendance.

The search for Kiely Rodni continues as authorities diligently pursue leads to uncover the truth, according to The SUN.
