In a heart-wrenching incident at a Wendy’s restaurant, a 67-year-old customer lost his life after being sucker punched by an employee, Your Content has learned.

The unfortunate event unfolded as the elderly man expressed dissatisfaction with his order. The incident occurred on August 5, when Antoine Kendrick, a 35-year-old worker, lashed out at the patron, sending him crashing to the ground in an unconscious state.

The severity of the attack demanded immediate medical attention, and the elderly man was airlifted to the hospital in critical condition. Despite all efforts, he succumbed to his injuries ten days later.

Following the distressing event, Kendrick was taken into custody and initially charged with aggravated assault. However, with the customer’s tragic passing, he now faces second-degree murder charges. Authorities are closely examining the circumstances that led to this shocking outcome.
