An Arizona rancher has been charged with first-degree murder and had his bail set at a whopping $1million for fatally shooting a Mexican citizen on his property, Your Content has learned.

George Alan Kelly, 73, was arrested for fatally shooting Gabriel Cuen-Butimea, 48, on his Arizona ranch on January 30.

Authorities are still investigating the fatal shooting, saying it does not appear Kelly and the victim knew each other.

Cuen-Butimea has had a history of illegally crossing the US-Mexico border and was deported back to the country several times,‘according to Dailymail.
