A Texas woman has been revealed as one of the three American victims who have died from a fungal brain infection after getting cut-price cosmetic surgery in Mexico, Your Content has learned.
Third victim is suspected to have died from fungal meningitis, officials said.
All patients got plastic surgery in Matamoros, on the Mexico-Texas border.
