Elon Musk would pay regular late-night visits to Amber Heard in her California penthouse – but only when Johnny Depp was away, the megastar’s concierge told the High Court today.
What’s more, a former bodyguard says Heard was a serial husband beater — who knocked Depp to his core on several occasions.
Alejandro Romero, who worked at the actor’s Los Angeles apartment building, said that the Tesla billionaire would come over “a few times a week” usually between 11:00 p.m. and Midnight – and “would always visit when Mr Depp was not at home.”
Romero testified that after Musk had visited a few times, Ms. Heard then gave him a remote control for the building’s garage and a fob to enter Depp’s penthouse.
He said: “From March 2015 onwards, Ms. Heard was visited regularly late at night, at around 11:00 pm to midnight, by Mr. Elon Musk. For his initial visits, I would receive a call from Ms Heard who would tell me to give Mr. Musk access to the garage for the building and then send him up to the penthouse. After he had made a few visits, Ms Heard provided Mr. Musk with his own garage remote and a fob to Mr. Depp’s penthouse. I believe he visited Ms Heard a few times a week and he would always visit when Mr Depp was not at home.”
What’s more, Romero also told the court he “did not notice any bruises, cuts, swelling, red marks or any other injuries of any kind to Ms Heard’s face,” after an alleged incident of violence by Mr Depp in May 2016.
In his witness statement Mr Romero said: “I know Ms. Amber Heard to be a resident of Penthouse 3 of the Eastern.
“I saw Ms Heard at the Eastern for the first time in around July 2015 but I understand that she was not resident at the Eastern until around March 2016.
“I frequently saw Ms Heard both in person and on security footage in the course of my duties.
“I have never spoken with Ms Heard in relation to her personal life and I do not know Ms Heard outside of my duties for the Eastern.
“My interaction with Ms. Heard was limited to brief interactions about logistical matters with the apartments, including, for example, giving access to guests of Ms. Heard.
“From March 2015 onwards, Ms Heard was visited regularly late at night, at around 11:00 pm to midnight, by Mr Elon Musk.”
At the time Musk was married to his second wife, Talulah Jane Riley-Milburn, 34, for the second time.
In 2008, Riley began dating the two-timing billionaire entrepreneur and in 2010 they married at.
Then in January 2012, Musk announced that he had ended his four-year relationship with Riley,and sought a divorce by March 2012.
BUT the plot thickened after the Associated Press discovered that Riley had filed for the divorce — not Musk — after moving out of his place sometime in 2016.
In July 2013, however, Musk and Riley remarried.
“The timing is peculiar because the only logical explanation for the second divorce is Talulah having found out about the potential extramarital affair and cutting ties with an NDA,” a friend of the family exclusively revealed to Your Content.
In a 60 Minutes interview in 2014, the couple stated that they had reconciled and were living together again, along with Musk’s five children from his first marriage to writer Justine Musk.
“Amber came to this thing blind. She’s going to see the worst in him now — in court. If she thought she was selling Depp out, down the muddy waters she’s falling,” an individual close to the legal battle told Your Content exclusively.
Musk one-upped Depp when he began dating Heard in 2017. The two split up after one year due to their conflicting schedules.
Furthermore, Heard is said to have been a serial husband beater — according to bodyguard Sean Bett — who has worked for Depp for nine years.
Bett took several pictures on his mobile phone of the actor in December 2015, adding: “Mr. Depp told me that Miss Heard had slapped him in the face a few times.”
Asked in court by Depp’s lawyer David Sherborne what he could see, Mr Bett replied: “I could see what appears to be redness and what appears to be a 1.5 inch to 2 inch scratch and redness to the right of that scratch.”
